PRIVACY POLICY

SsYC acknowledges and respects the privacy of its Members. Information may be collected for the purposes of processing Membership applications, and to keep Members informed of matters relating to the Club and assisting the Club in improving its service to Members. The provision of information is voluntary, but if such information is not provided, SsYC may be unable to process Membership applications. Members have a right of access to, and alteration of, personal information concerning themselves in accordance with the Act. The information collected will be held by SsYC. Members’ names, addresses and contact details may be made available to Yachting Victoria and the Australian Yachting Federation to cover Membership of those two organisations.
